Boarding Information
Boarders get a full exam on the day of check in. They are fed to follow the clients feeding schedule (twice daily, once daily or free choice). You may bring your food. If you do not bring food we will feed our kennel food which is Science Diet Sensitive Skin & Stomach. Fresh water is supplied multiple time during the day. Bring any medications you give your pet so our staff can continue with treatment. Dogs are let out twice daily in our fenced in yard. They are out up to 15-20 minutes depending on the weather. Each pet gets their own outside time (we do not let the boarding dogs out to play together, only family dogs). The boarding kennels are up off the ground so that if the animal knocks over their food or water they will stay clean and dry. Air conditioning is on in the warmer seasons and heat in the cooler seasons. Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations are required for boarding . We also require a fecal to be checked within 6 months of boarding. Please call with any questions and remember that boarding is a service that we gladly offer to our active clients only. This includes having your yearly vaccinations done at the Animal Care Center.
